The idea for Live Oak Properties got its start in Albany, Georgia, going back almost three generations by providing affordable rental housing to the local community. Current President, Brad Hallford, shares that his grandmother, Mildred Wallace Harrell, and mother, Martha Hallford Neely were instrumental in creating the foundation of what is now Live Oak Properties.

In the last 10 years, Live Oak Properties has grown to add additional properties under management, and team members, developing expertise in creating value through implementing efficient property management services and redevelopment of multi-family and commercial retail space.
