Dean Blackburn
Director of Operations

Originally from Albany, Georgia, Dean spent 38 years with the same restaurant brand. He began his career with that company at the age of 15 and started as an hourly employee. During the subsequent years he progressed to General Manager, District Manager, Franchise Business Consultant, and finally Director of Operations.  Dean currently serves as the General Manager of Live Oak Properties. Dean has been married to Paula for 44 years and they have two adult boys along with two daughters-in-law, and 5 grandchildren.  Dean and Paula enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and have been blessed that they all reside within an hour’s drive of each other.
